Business Mediation
Fast | Discreet | Effective
Mediation is a structured process with a mediator and several mediators. The aim is to find sustainable solutions to a problem out of court, quickly and discreetly. The parties go through five phases, which they ideally conclude with a legally binding memorandum of understanding . 8 out of 10 mediations are successful, which means they are also significantly more cost-effective than court proceedings.
Advantages of mediation
The High Court of the Canton of Zurich recommends mediation for the following reasons:
-
The parties play an active role in dealing with their conflict.
-
The solutions are forward-looking, comprehensive and satisfactory for both parties; there are neither losers nor winners.
-
Mediation is efficient and cost-effective.
-
Relationships between the parties involved can be maintained and further developed.
-
Confidentiality is maintained; damage to the company's image through publication is prevented.
